My name is Paloma Campos and I came to the UAE from
Brazil 5 years ago. As a true Brazilian I have always led an active lifestyle and my body felt the change once I started working as cabin crew in this country. My energy levels dropped, I lost unhealthy weight and I was constantly stressed. I decided to join a boxing gym and that was the first step into taking my health into my own hands. Boxing was a great sense of relief for me and opened the doors to the fitness world. I got my certificate as a Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach through ISSA so I could coach myself anywhere & everywhere. A few months in, I realized that it was not fair to keep that knowledge only to myself: I wanted to help others to take control of their fitness and become a better version of themselves. I’m here at PTA Boxfit as a personal trainer and boxing instructor. My main goal is to ease my clients into their fitness journeys and teach you how to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle. Pair a good training program with adequate nutrition, and you’ll be able to push yourself harder and harder every day. Fitness shouldn’t be seen as a task, but as an everyday tool used to improve your body and mind. At the end of the day, “The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen”.
